For stocktakes with Shopware WMS, you can use the stocktake mode in the Warehouse app. To do this, open the Stocktake tab and select the warehouse for which you want to perform the stocktake. You can either scan the barcode of an item or a bin location or enter a term in the search bar. Using the icon on the right, you can also filter your items and only display those for which no stocktake has been performed for a certain period of time. Once you have selected or scanned an item, enter the counted stock quantity and tap Save stock.
In the plugin configuration of Shopware ERP powered by Pickware, you can also specify whether the expected stock level should be displayed during stock entry.
Here you can find the whole process as a video tutorial.
As with the stocktake via the backend, you can find the recorded stocks after the stocktake with WMS under Items → Warehouse → Inventory export in the tab Complete sorted by warehouse.
In the tab Pending, you will find all items per bin location that you may not yet have recorded during the mobile stocktake. You can manually enter the stocks by double-clicking in the corresponding line or use the button below to set all counted stocks to 0. Click on Export (CSV) to download all data as a .CSV file.
