Shopware ERP powered by Pickware
If a customer has already received and returned their ordered items, a return must be created for the items in question before (partially) cancelling the order. This is possible with Shopware ERP powered by Pickware from version 6.0.0.
A return passes through four different statuses (New → Received → Canceled → Completed). Use the returns overview to keep track of all returns throughout the entire process. This article explains the returns process step by step.
